End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between You (“Customer”) and Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company registered and existing under the laws of India, with its registered office at Stavan Ample, E/301, opp. ICB FLORA, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382481.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By purchasing and using the Software, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If the Customer does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they should not proceed with the purchase or use of the Software.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. grants the Customer a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for their personal or business needs. This license is limited to the number of installations specified in the Agreement and is valid for the duration mentioned in the Agreement.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software and all intellectual property rights associated with it are owned by Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Customer acknowledges that the Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The Customer agrees not to modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Software without the express written consent of Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Customer may terminate the Agreement by ceasing to use the Software and destroying all copies of it. Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may terminate the Agreement if the Customer breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Refund Policy

Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. offers a refund policy for the Software. The Customer may request a refund within the specified refund period, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the refund policy. The refund policy does not apply to fees for installation, customization, or any other services provided by Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Limitations of Use

The Customer agrees to use the Software solely for their personal or business needs and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Customer shall not sublicense, distribute, or modify the Software without the express written consent of Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Confidentiality

The Customer agrees to keep all confidential information received from Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. strictly confidential and to use it only for the purposes of this Agreement. The Customer shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written. Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By purchasing and using the Software, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement.
