Terms and Conditions for Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “Merchant”) Selling SaaS Products (Magento Extensions, Shopify Applications, and WooCommerce Plugins)

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of SaaS products, including Magento extensions, Shopify applications, and WooCommerce plugins (collectively referred to as “Products”), provided by Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to customers (referred to as “Users” or “Customers”) in India. By using the Products, Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Products, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If Users do not agree to these terms, they must not use the Products.

1. License

The Merchant grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products solely for their internal business purposes.

Users shall not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of the Products, except as expressly permitted by the Merchant.

3. Subscription and Payment

Users may subscribe to the Products by purchasing a license from the Merchant. The subscription fee, payment terms, and renewal details will be outlined during the purchase process.

Users agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize the Merchant to charge the subscription fee using the provided payment method.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Merchant. Check our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Products and any associated intellectual property rights are owned by Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Users acknowledge that they do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Products.

Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products or attempt to discover the source code.

5. Support and Maintenance

The Merchant shall provide support and maintenance services for the Products as outlined in the specific product documentation.

The Merchant reserves the right to modify or discontinue any support or maintenance services at any time without prior notice.

6. Confidentiality

Users shall keep any confidential information received from the Merchant, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, and technical documentation, confidential and shall not disclose or use it for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Merchant shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Products.

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Merchant harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the Users’ use of the Products.

8. Termination

The Merchant may terminate this Agreement at any time if Users breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Users shall immediately cease using the Products, and any licenses granted under this Agreement shall be revoked.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

By using the Products provided by Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
