This Support License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the laws of India, with its registered office at Stavan Ample, E/301, opp. ICB FLORA, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382481, Ahmedabad, India, and the customer (“Customer”) who purchases one-time payment products, including Magento extensions and Shopify apps, from Coduzion Technologies’ online e-commerce store.
This Agreement governs the provision of support services by Coduzion Technologies for the purchased one-time payment products. By purchasing and using the products, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2.1 Coduzion Technologies shall provide support services to the Customer for the purchased one-time payment products as described on the company’s website and product documentation.
2.2 Support services may include assistance with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and general inquiries related to the functionality and usage of the products.
2.3 Support services are provided during the support period specified for each product, as indicated on the company’s website or in the product documentation.
3.1 The support period for the purchased one-time payment products shall be specified on the company’s website or in the product documentation.
3.2 Support services will be provided by Coduzion Technologies during the support period, subject to the Customer’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
4.1 Support services provided by Coduzion Technologies are limited to the purchased one-time payment products.
4.2 Support services do not cover third-party products, customization requests, or issues arising from the Customer’s modifications or integrations with other systems or extensions.
4.3 Coduzion Technologies reserves the right to refuse support for any requests that fall outside the scope of the agreed-upon support services.
5.1 The Customer shall provide accurate and complete information regarding any issues or inquiries related to the purchased products when seeking support services.
5.2 The Customer shall cooperate with Coduzion Technologies in diagnosing and resolving any issues, providing necessary access and information as requested by Coduzion Technologies’ support team.
6.1 The support services provided under this Agreement are subject to payment of the applicable fees as specified on the company’s website or in the product documentation.
6.2 Support services will be rendered upon successful payment of the fees, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
7.1 Coduzion Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the purchased products or the support services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.2 Coduzion Technologies’ liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the purchased products.
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
By purchasing and using the one-time payment products, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this Support License Agreement.
