Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Return Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing refund requests and returns for extensions provided by Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “Coduzion” or “We”). By using our extensions, customers (referred to as “Users” or “Customers”) agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

Money-Back Guarantee

Coduzion offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our extensions. Customers may submit a request for a full refund of the product within 30 days of purchase, along with a valid reason for the refund.

Refund Request Verification

To verify the reason for submitting a refund request, Coduzion may require access to the customer’s website where the product is integrated. After the verification process, we will determine whether to approve or reject the refund request.

Non-Refundable Fees

Fees for installation, conflict resolution, and customization services are non-refundable. Refund requests related to copyright infringement will not be entertained. Additionally, refund requests concerning conflicts arising from third-party extensions, customized coding, coding methodology, and coding standards will not be acknowledged.

Conflicts with Third-Party Software or Tools

If conflicts occur while integrating our products into a customer’s ecosystem due to third-party software or tools, Coduzion will make reasonable efforts to resolving them. However, any additional development required to resolve such conflicts may be subject to separate charges, and the decision to process the refund request will be at Coduzion’s discretion.

Invalid Grounds for Refund

Reasons such as ‘Change of Mind,’ ‘Purchased for Evaluation,’ ‘Purchased by Mistake,’ and ‘Product No Longer in Use’ will not be considered valid grounds for a refund. Refund requests based on the non-technical feasibility of customization, non-mentioned features, and design layout will also be denied.

Issue Resolution Timeframe

Once an issue has been registered, Coduzion requires 4-5 business days and accurate information from the client’s end to successfully fix the issue. Failure to provide necessary access (FTP, ssh & admin details) and information may delay the resolution process.

Refund Processing Time

In the case of a successful refund request, the client will receive the refunded amount within 7-10 business days. Upon completion of the refund request, it is expected that the client deactivates and destroys all copies of the products from their servers. Non-compliance may result in the client being required to repurchase the product.

Policy Alterations

Coduzion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or alter this Refund and Return Policy as deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the customers through appropriate channels.

By using our extensions, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund and Return Policy.
